STEP 1
Teardown
Every screw, knob cap, fader and board comes out and gets logged. Nothing is cleaned in place.
STEP 2
Inside-out wash
Boards, chassis and mechanicals are washed with electronics-safe solutions that lift alkaline residue, then dried completely before anything goes back.
STEP 3
Rebuild and test
Reassembled, lubricated where it matters, then every control is tested against your software. You get it back ready for the next set.
